writing content that get shared

The secret for a successful content marketing system is by creating viral content. Since content marketing involves faster distribution of shared content, then viral might possibly be the thing that would greatly work.
What Does Viral Mean?

“Viral” is the term given to specific kinds of shared content that gets incredible number of hits or shares over the net. Probably, by the term itself, it is like a virus in the internet; faster and easier to spread. Viral is content that gets the attention of people or gets their interest and curiosity. Some of this kind of content may be very useful information or entertaining photos, videos or posts. Anything could be viral as long as it stands on its purpose – to get traffic. Consider looking at the technique used by BlendTech.
BlendTech
, to cut things short, is a company offering blending machines. The challenge is how anyone could market blenders in the internet where most people are not thinking of buying a blender soon. What the company did is a huge hit and an example of viral content in action! The only thing they did is use their blenders to blend and pulverize popular gadgets like the iPhone and iPad. Check their “Will it Blend” videos in YouTube if you haven’t watched their videos yet.
Making Your Content Viral

Viral content is heavily shared content. It means the content should be interesting, informative, entertaining or useful enough to encourage people of viewing and sharing them to their peers. Of course, blending and pulverizing expensive gadgets should be interesting or entertaining enough to be viral. But viral contents have a few things in common and you can use these things as a template for your own viral content:
• Eye-catching title – This is one of the essentials. A boring title would not definitely go viral. Your content’s title should be able to get a person’s eye and tempt them to click your link or view your content. Something to stir their curiosity and interest, most probably.
 For Example: Boring title – Recipe for Amazing Chicken Dinner
 Viral title – The Best Chicken Recipe You’ll Ever Taste!
• Reason to be viewed – Are you offering a product or you just want to entertain? Is your content funny, controversial, informative, trendy, useful, influential or interesting? These are the kinds of viral content that exist in the internet.
• Kind of Content – in social media, videos are usually the stuff that goes viral. For businesses, articles and other informative kinds of content go viral. But, of course, the kind of content must suit what you are offering and what your content is all about.
Creating content that would go viral is not an easy task. Most people come up with their own viral content with hours of brainstorming and research. Although, some people are lucky enough to hit the bull’s eye on their first try, but it still comes with hard work and passion.
So to create your viral content, you should be able to think of the wildest idea that will allow your content go beyond the norms.
