Nowadays, several companies use email marketing campaigns as a form of advertising due to its high response rate and return on investment. However, those who decide to do email marketing campaigns on their own do not find the experience as fruitful. The failure behind this is their lack of understanding on why you need to use an ESP (email service provider) to run a successful email marketing campaign.
For a start, if you decide to run an email marketing campaign on your own, you should be ready to face a few challenges.
